On September 4, 2008, The Mexico Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) issued two press releases announcing (1) the approval of a managed distribution plan (“Plan”) and first dividend distribution under the Plan, and (2) the terms of the Fund’s repurchase offer to be conducted during September 2008.
