2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING PROPOSALS
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., -- June 29, 2010 – Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in securing the Internet, today announced that shareholders approved all three proposals presented at the 2010 Annual General Meeting. Approximately 149 million shares, representing approximately 72% of the shares outstanding as of the record date, were voted at the meeting.
