     Korea Electric Power Corporation ("KEPCO") understands that the Korea
Tripartite Commission, members of which are from labor, management and the
government, is expected to make, in the near future, a recommendation to the
government on reforming electricity distribution network. Once the
recommendation has been made and the government has finalized its decision,
KEPCO will announce further details.
