On April 5, 2012, Mr. Kang, Seog-Hoon, non-standing director of Korea Electric Power Corporation (“KEPCO”), resigned from his position due to personal reasons. Mr. Kang was appointed as the non-standing director of KEPCO by the Minister of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance on July 5, 2010.
