Item 1.01 Conflict Minerals Disclosure and Report

Cirrus Logic, Inc. (the “Company”) has evaluated its current product lines and determined that certain products that we manufactured, or contracted to manufacture, during calendar year 2013 use conflict minerals that are necessary to the functionality or production of those products. The Company conducted a good faith reasonable country of origin inquiry regarding those conflict minerals. Based on its inquiry, the Company concluded that it was required to conduct due diligence on the source or chain of custody of its conflict minerals. Accordingly, we have filed a Conflict Minerals Report as Exhibit 1.01 to this Form SD.
