On June 4, 2018, a poster titled “Pharmacodynamics and Genomic Profiling of Patients Treated With Cabiralizumab + Nivolumab Provide Evidence of On-Target Tumor Immune Modulations and Support Future Clinical Applications” was presented at the 2018 American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting.

The poster presentation comprises the slides filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
