Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (“FEMSA”), Coca-Cola FEMSA’s parent company, disclosed certain information related to Coca-Cola FEMSA that has not been previously publicly reported in connection with a proposed private placement of debt securities.
