On Monday, October 23, 2006 the Company issued a press release announcing that members of the United Steelworkers Union ratified a four year collective bargaining agreement through September 30, 2010 covering 278 employees at the Company's facilities located in Franklin Park, Illinois, Bedford Heights, Ohio and Kansas City, Missouri.
