On February 22, 2008, Glu Mobile Inc.’s ("Glu") Board of Directors determined that Glu’s 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 3, 2008 at 2207 Bridgepointe Parkway, San Mateo, California. The deadline for stockholders to submit proposals for inclusion in Glu’s definitive proxy statement related to the 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders is March 7, 2008.
