On January 13, 2015, P. H. Glatfelter Company (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing the appointment of Christopher W. Astley to Senior Vice President & Business Unit President, Advanced Airlaid Materials, effectively immediately. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Mr. Astley replaces Jonathan Bourget, Vice President & General Manager, Advanced Airlaid Materials Business Unit, and a named executive officer, who will leave the Company after a brief transition period. The Company expects to enter into a separation agreement with Mr. Bourget.
