On February 24, 2014, Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing preliminary information with respect to its fiscal first quarter ended January 31, 2014 in connection with the Company’s presentation at the J.P. Morgan Global High Yield and Leveraged Finance Conference. The presentation will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 9:40 a.m. ET and will webcast live as discussed in the press release. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. See “Item 9.01 Financial Statements and Exhibits.”
