CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its head of marketing, Patricia McParland, has made a personal decision to pursue an opportunity outside the Company. Her resignation is effective July 8, 2016. A copy of the press release announcing Ms. McParland’s resignation is annexed hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
