UNILEVER PRICES $2.1 BILLION BOND ON THE U.S. MARKET
Unilever has on 19 March 2018 priced a quadruple-tranche $2.1
billion bond on the U.S. market. $ 400 million 2.750 per cent fixed
rate notes are due 22 March 2021, $ 550 million 3.125 per cent
fixed rate notes are due 22 March 2023, $ 350 million 3.375 per
cent fixed rate notes are due 22 March 2025 and a further $ 800
million 3.500 per cent fixed rate notes are due 22 March 2028. The
bond offering is scheduled to close on 22 March 2018.
This offering is being made only by means of a prospectus and
