This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed by Nordstrom, Inc. on August 9, 2007
disclosing its preliminary July 2007 sales. In the Form 8-K, the dates on the
cover page, in the item 7.01 description, on the signature page, in the
exhibit description and contained in the exhibit were incorrect. This Form 8-
K/A amends the Form 8-K to provide the correct dates.
