     On March 25, 2008, Umpqua Holdings Corporation issued a press release announcing that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call Thursday, April 17, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. PDT (1:00 p.m. EDT) where the Company will discuss first quarter results and provide an update on recent activities.
