Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 17, 2005, Inland Real Estate Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had paid a cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the outstanding shares of its common stock to common stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in its entirety in this Item 8.01 disclosure by reference.
On October 18, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company has declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the outstanding shares of its common stock, payable on November 17, 2005 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated in its entirety in this Item 8.01 disclosure by reference.
Also on October 18, 2005, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company will host an Analyst and Investor Day event on Tuesday, November 1, 2005. The event will be webcast live via the internet beginning at approximately 12:00 p.m. central time. The webcast and presentation materials will be accessible through the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at http://www.inlandrealestate.com. An archived version of the webcast and presentation materials will be available at the same location through Tuesday, November 15, 2005.
