Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 25, 2006, Inland Real Estate Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the tax allocation of the 2005 cash distributions on its common shares. The information provided in the press release is provided for information purposes only. Stockholders are advised to consult with their tax advisors about the specific tax treatment of cash distributions made by the Company in 2005.
