- Portugal Telecom, SGPS, S.A. ("PT") (NYSE: PT; BVL: PTCO.IN) today announced that TMN, its
mobile subsidiary in Portugal, established an agreement with OniWay for the acquisition of certain assets amounting to Euro 50
million. This agreement is subject to certain conditions included in the agreement, namely the approval from the General
Shareholders' Meeting of OniWay. The agreement is also subject to the approval by the Board of Directors of PT.
