On January 22, 2004, StorageTek issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full year 2003 financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
On January 22, 2004, StorageTek conducted its Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2003 Financial Results Conference Call (the “Conference Call”) for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 26, 2003. A copy of the script of the prepared remarks of StorageTek’s Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Patrick J.
