Item 8.01 Other Events
On October 1, 2010, Verisk Analytics, Inc. (the “Registrant”) completed its previously announced repurchase of 7,300,000 shares of its Class B common stock directly from certain Class B stockholders for an aggregate price of $192,460,120. The Registrant drew $160.0 million under its revolving credit facility to fund a portion of the repurchase.
