         Coram Healthcare Corporation requires additional time to complete the
Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2003 as a result of
management's involvement with (i) the proposed plans of reorganization recently
filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and
(ii) other activities relating to certain filings of voluntary petitions under
Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code on August 8, 2000.

thereto must be completed and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission,
Washington, D.C. 20549, in accordance with Rule O-3 of the General Rules and
Regulations under the Act. The information contained in or filed with the form

3. A manually signed copy of the form and amendments thereto shall be filed with
