Item 7.01.
Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 28, 2007, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press
release announcing that it plans to publicly release its financial results for the fourth quarter
and year ended December 31, 2006, after the market closes on Monday, March 5, 2007 and to file its
Annual Report on Form 10-K for such year with the Securities Exchange Commission at the same time.
In addition, the Partnership announced that an investors’ conference call to review the fourth
quarter and year end results will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at 8:30 a.m. Central Time.
A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report. In accordance
with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth herein and in the press release
is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”).
