President Yoon of S Korea Visits MMAIs Partnered Labs University

ORANGE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 2, 2023 / President Yoon of South Korea visited Kumoh National Institute of Technology in Gumi, 202 kilometers southeast of Seoul on Feb. 1st. He said that nurturing talented people in science and technology is the only way for the nation to survive in a world competing for technological supremacy.

Kumoh Institute of Technology is where MMAIs strategic university research labs are located. These partnerships provide access to years of extremely valuable research and product development in web3 technologies.

President Yoon was there presiding over the inaugural strategic meeting on fostering talents. "The reason we were able to succeed in industrialization in difficult conditions and grow into an economic power was ultimately because we invested in people and trained people," he said.

MMAI two partnered laboratories NSLab, & ICT Convergence Research Center are all located on the campus of Kumoh National Institute of Technology which play a large role in raising many creative talents that find solutions to new problems that Yoon stressed during his visit.

NSLab has published many papers in web3 technologies like AI for the Metaverse, Security in Metaverse, Smart Auto Mining for IOT, Offline Blockchain Transaction, Intelligent Transportation Systems using Metaverse. With years of research behind them they are working on developing and partnering with MMAI to bring web3 to reality.

ICT Convergence Research Center promotes research and development of ICT convergence and provides solutions to industrial technology issues related to local industries (civil, IoT, mobile, robotics, medical education, smart battery and system reliability and safety research). Since 2018, it has been selected as a priority research institution project by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Research Foundation.
