LQDA Investors Have Opportunity to Join Liquidia Corporation Securities Fraud Investigation with the Schall Law Firm

The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Liquidia Corporation (“Liquidia” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: LQDA) for violations of the securities laws.

The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Liquidia issued a press release on August 19, 2024, announcing that “the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted tentative approval of YUTREPIA™ (treprostinil) inhalation powder to treat adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). Tentative approval indicates that YUTREPIA has met all regulatory standards for quality, safety and efficacy required for approval in the United States but must await the expiration of regulatory exclusivity of a competing product before final approval can be granted.” Based on this news, shares of Liquidia fell by more than 36.5% in morning trading on the same day.
