Lincoln International Promotes Six to Managing Director

New leaders embody client success and stewardship for the firm

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of six advisory professionals to the role of Managing Director.

Five of the six newly appointed Managing Directors began their careers at Lincoln as Analysts or Associates, highlighting the firm’s long-standing culture and commitment of developing and retaining key talent. Half provide mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory while the other three are part of Lincoln’s strategically important, global Valuations & Opinions Group.

"Our newly promoted Managing Directors exemplify the desire of highly talented people to build long-term careers at Lincoln which continues to be a hallmark of our firm's success," stated Rob Brown, Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln International. "The promotion of these six leaders, coupled with the 18 lateral MD hires and acquisition of TCG we completed in 2024, brings our global Managing Director team to 164. We are excited to see each individual contribute to our goal of being the best investment banking advisor in the private capital markets.”

The M&A promotions show strong representation across Lincoln's consumer, industrials and technology industry groups which often thrive during economic recovery, with technology acting as a leading growth indicator that fosters an environment ripe for innovation and expansion across sectors.

Three of the promoted leaders deliver advisory services as part of Lincoln’s Valuation & Opinions Group, reinforcing the continued growth and success of that team. In addition to valuing more than 5,700 portfolio companies quarterly, the group includes a growing dedicated Transaction Opinions and Board Advisory team that has delivered 100% growth in opinions to corporate boards, special committees and private equity GPs year over year.
