WINNIPEG, MB: Globe Property Management, a Winnipeg property management firm, has won two awards at the recent Professional Property Managers Association (PPMA) Trade Show.
The first award was for Renovation of the Year. The PPMA’s website states that this award recognizes “outstanding renovations and rehabilitations completed by a Principal Member.” Globe Property Management received the award for a window replacement project completed at Roslyn Square.
The second award is the Innovation Award. The PPMA’s website states that this award “will recognize innovative products, services or new technology within your company that has resulted in increased productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, etc.” Globe Property Management received this award for its unique and communal approach to its health and safety program.
In addition to the awards it received, the property management team from Globe took part in educational sessions about innovations in and the state of property management in Winnipeg.
