The "Poetic Symbiosis" art exhibition has concluded at the Palazzo Bellini in Florence, Italy. During this international annual exhibition, more than 70 internationally renowned artists from around the world came together to create a multifaceted art festival that spanned the domains of history and contemporary art and science. This is a high-standard, high-quality annual international art exhibition that should not be overlooked and will have a significant impact on current and future art trends.
The 2024/2025 "Poetic Symbiosis" Florence International Annual Art Exhibition, co-organized by ISOLART GALLERY and the renowned Bellini family in Italy, was inaugurated on January 4, 2025, at the Palazzo Bellini (Bellini Family Palace) on the banks of the Arno River in Florence. The exhibition ran until January 8th and featured the artworks of 70 distinguished and emerging artists from Italy, China, Britain, France, the United States, and other countries, showcasing a diverse array of artistic creations that transcend regional and cultural boundaries, integrating science and art, and setting the standard for innovative thinking and media. The exhibition is a joint effort by ISOLART GALLERY, PALAZZO BELLINI, and the Italian National Association of Fine Arts (ANBAITALIA), with official support from the Municipality of Florence and Regional Government of Tuscany, and is curated by Mr. Yuanqi Cao, Ms. Francesca Xue Rui, and Ms. Rossella Tesi.
The exhibition featured various art awards, including Grand Prize (Artist of the Year), Honorable Mentioned Award, and Outstanding Contribution Award, etc. The exhibition's academic support and jury members include Semeraro Giandomenico, Malandrino Gaetano, Sveva Bellini, Huizhong Ren, Kaiqiang Xu, Ming Zhong Zhong, Chongzheng Tan, and Lingyi Wang, a team consists of renowned and distinguished professors from the Italian and Chinese Academies of Fine Arts, the Vice-President of the Hubei Academy of Fine Arts, the Vice-President of the Hubei Fine Arts Association, and the Director of the Palazzo Bellini/Museo Bellini.
The theme of this exhibition, "Poetic Symbiosis," originates from the networked intelligence and synergistic effect of slime mold organisms demonstrated in modern biological experiments. As a single-celled organism that falls somewhere between animal and fungus, with multi-scx characteristics and no brain structure, slime molds have the remarkable ability to divide, plan, and optimize to choose the best survival path on their own. Their enigmatic qualities have inspired people to consider the "symbiotic free will of big data" and the future potential of artificial intelligence. Participating artists from around the world have explored the themes of "Poetry and Context," "Sticky Mushroom Wisdom," and "Symbiosis in the Digital Age" through various media, including oil painting, sculpture, installation, photography, and electronic art. The exhibition engaged in in-depth creations and spiritual dialogues, exploring the new path in which human society, natural species, and concepts of consciousness are dependent on and interact with each other.

The exhibition "Poetic Symbiosis" was officially opened at the Bellini Family Palace on the afternoon of January 4th, and the organizers welcomed important guests from the international art world, academia, and the media to witness the event. At 4:30 p.m., the organizers graciously offered a private tour of the Bellini Museum collection, where guests were guided and explained by the museum director to appreciate the fabulous and exquisite art collection of the Bellini family from the Renaissance to the 19th century, including authentic paintings by Rubens and Brugino, bronze sculptures by Donatello, and the flag of the Medici family coat of arms, which represents the identity and glory of the Queen Regent of France, Catherine de Medici. I believe that the Medici family crest flag represents the identity and honor of Catherine de Medici, Queen Regent of France.

The venue for this exhibition, the Bellini Family Palace, was built in the mid-18th century and is located on the scenic banks of the Arno River. The Bellini family has the deepest cultural and artistic deposits in Europe for hundreds of years, inheriting the artistic heritage of the Renaissance, with rare treasures of masters such as Donatello, Tiziano Asperti and Brugino. Inside the museum, there is a vast collection of ancient wood carvings, painted ceramics, oil paintings and classical Buddhist stone carvings from the Far East, etc. The palace has been continuing its deep love of art research and collection of artworks for hundreds of years. The "Poetic Symbiosis" contemporary art exhibition is a cross-generational dialogue with the historical art treasures of this legendary family, which not only reflects the juxtaposition of classical and contemporary aesthetics, but also echoes the core concept of the exhibition, "Symbiosis".
