Project Marketplace gives voice over talent the ability to list jobs with prices they set, land jobs more easily because each listing can be accessed by all clients, and customize those listings at any time for complete control.
Project Marketplace shows clients the details for each project and the upfront cost. In this way, clients can choose the precise project that has what they need at a price for their budget without the delay of several back-and-forth emails to negotiate time and price.
As explained by Voices CEO David Ciccarelli, the new marketplace is not replacing Talent Marketplace, where clients post what they need and audition several voice actors who submit a short sample, a brief proposal, and their quote. Instead, businesses now have two options when hiring voice over talent.
In its official announcement, Voices explains how businesses can use the new marketplace to find and customize projects.
Business clients can search posted listings by category, with filters available to narrow down the choices by type of service, price, and delivery time. Customization options allow clients to upgrade chosen projects from Essential to Enhanced or Elite level. Individual Add-Ons are also available, offering a cost-effective solution to those who need select upgrades.
Once the client has made these decisions and input payment details, they can add any final requirements, like voice age and specific accent.
