 SYKES and Cigna Collaborate to Propel Cigna’s Integrated Service Capabilities Through Innovative, Multichannel Customer Engagement Platform

The launch of this new relationship is planned for the fourth quarter of 2019 and is mostly reflected in the Company’s recent business outlook.
