Gingko spinout picks Seaport for HQ

Motif FoodWorks, a food science spinoff company from Boston-based Ginkgo Bioworks Inc., will move into a new headquarters in the city’s Seaport District in June 2020. Several real-estate developers have sought to position Boston’s Seaport as a viable alternative to Cambridge's Kendall Square for biotech companies.
