ORIX subsidiary to acquire low-income housing tax credit fund portfolio

Tokyo-based ORIX Corp. announced that Boston Financial Investment Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ORIX Corp. USA, has entered into an agreement to acquire Boston Capital’s low-income housing tax credit fund portfolio.
