Raynor Garage Doors is pleased to announce that Raynor Worldwide has acquired Professional Garage Door Systems, Inc. (ProDoor Systems), located in the Indianapolis suburb of Plainfield, Indiana, effective December 31, 2020.ProDoor is a leading regional manufacturer of innovative, opening price-point residential garage doors and commercial sectional doors. ProDoor’s products are distributed primarily through company-owned wholesale distribution centers located in Plainfield, Indiana; Little Rock, Arkansas; Cincinnati, Ohio; Dallas, Texas and Nashville, Tennessee. In addition, ProDoor also owns and operates two professional installing dealers located in Plainfield, Indiana and the Nashville suburb of Clarksville, Tennessee.
JD Stearns will assume the position of President of ProDoor Systems as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raynor Worldwide.
