San Jose ranked among 5 best places to live in U.S., but 146th among best places to retire

U.S. News & World Report put the city at No. 5 in its annual ranking of the best cities in the country to live in, a leap of 31 places from last year. But it spots San Jose at No. 146 among best places to retire.
