Hudson Valley Insurance Firm Creates Director of First Impressions

Adds Three Staff and Celebrates a 35-year Award. Real Human Customer Experience

KINGSTON, N.Y. - Aug. 29, 2022 - PRLog -- Ryan & Ryan Insurance, a firm that takes pride in assuring that callers will reach a real person on the phone, has elevated the traditional role of receptionist to that of Director of First Impressions, according to Robert J. Ryan, president.

With the new title of Director of First Impressions, Saugerties, N.Y. resident Victoria Bogardus is answering phone calls and greeting visitors at the Kingston, N.Y. based office of Ryan & Ryan Insurance Brokers, Inc.

In other news, two other Saugerties residents Dawn Hamilton and Nichole Bivins have joined the firm, and agency founder Ryan has been recognized for 35 consecutive years of successfully maintaining the Certified Insurance Counselor certification, an annual continuing-education update from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.

Hamilton who began her insurance career in 1986, and worked for Ryan Insurance from 1994 through 1997, has rejoined as an associate. Experienced in personal insurance coverages, Hamilton holds a NY State Brokers License, is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA ).

Bivins who joined Ryan & Ryan as a receptionist in November has the new title of administrative assistant. She plans to become licensed as a Property & Casualty Broker in the near future.
