In this role, Ficco's primary responsibility is to support fishbat's team of Digital Marketing Account and Project Managers by helping to plan and coordinate overflow projects, take on administrative duties and independently manage some of the necessary elements to ensure projects are completed on time with dedicated service.

Ficco joined the fishbat team with over four years of experience in the digital marketing industry. In his role, Ficco will work closely with fishbat's account directors, content creators and ad specialists to encourage collaboration and facilitate quality assurance across a variety of client projects and deliverables.
Ficco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from East Stroudsburg University. Before joining the fishbat team, he worked with Spartan Race as an Account Manager, where he managed global partnership accounts and integrated brands within the Spartan Race community through digital marketing, e-commerce and onsite activations.
