Kemp pledges stricter gang penalties as crime remains top Atlanta business concern

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp is pushing for stricter penalties for people who recruit kids into gangs, saying “they are targeting the most innocent among us” and “pulling them down a dark path” to a prison or cemetery.
