Missouri Rep. Steve Butz is mulling a run for St. Louis mayor

Missouri Rep. Steve Butz said Wednesday he's mulling a run for St. Louis mayor, and that he'd make a decision on whether to mount a challenge to Tishaura Jones by the fall.
