Cahokia Heights reaches deal with EPA, DOJ over alleged violations of Clean Water Act, ordered to make fixes

Cahokia Heights, Illinois, will be required to make dozens of improvements to its sewage system if a proposed consent decree with the Department of Justice and the Environmental Protection Agency is approved by a judge.
