Douglas M. Schosser has joined Associated Banc-Corp (NASDAQ:ASBC) as Chief Financial Officer-Line of Business Group. Schosser is a member of Associated’s Executive Committee and is located at Plaza East in Milwaukee.
In this newly created position, Schosser will lead a team that provides financial reporting and forecasting for Associated’s various lines of business, including retail, commercial and corporate banking, wealth management, operations/technology, credit and marketing.
“Doug will partner with senior management and provide timely, relevant financial guidance that will allow us to best leverage our resources,” said Lisa B. Binder, president and chief operating officer of Associated.
Schosser brings more than 15 years of experience in key financial management positions to Associated. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer for the Northeast Region of KeyCorp in Cleveland where he provided leadership in KeyCorp’s expansion strategies, product pricing and profitability, financial modeling and branch optimization. Schosser also served as chief financial officer for a number of KeyCorp subsidiaries, including McDonald Financial Group, Victory Capital Management and Key PrivateBank. Schosser holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University of Ohio and is a certified public accountant.
