Associated Banc-Corp (NASDAQ: ASBC) announced today that Donald J. Lloyd has joined Associated as Senior Vice President and International Banking Manager. Lloyd will oversee Associated's International Banking services. He will be based in Chicago.

"His expertise in global cash management will be of tremendous benefit to our clients." Thursby, who is also based in Chicago, joined Associated in December 2007. Thursby has corporate-wide responsibility for various aspects of Corporate Banking including Treasury Management, International Banking, Capital Markets and Correspondent Banking.
Lloyd brings a significant amount of experience in foreign exchange services and foreign currency risk management to Associated Banc-Corp. Before joining Associated, Lloyd served as Vice President Risk Solutions, Commercial Foreign Exchange for Travelex Americas, where he directed a team of hedging specialists who supported more than 60 sales people throughout North America. Other previous experience includes senior management positions in foreign exchange with Fifth Third Bank, Bank of Montreal, and Harris Bank. In each of these positions, Lloyd was based in Chicago. Lloyd holds an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte and a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Mississippi - Oxford.
