Item
1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On
March
1, 2006, Measurement Specialties, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a definitive
50 year lease agreement for land in Shenzhen, Guang Dong Province, China
for approximately US$530,000. The Company is planning to build a factory on
this
site to replace its current leased facility in China.
